Am I the only one this bugs the crap out of?

I think you answer all of your questions with good answers....lol....F* them. Who cares, they are the ones asking anyway..

The thumbs thing is a joke in my opinion. If I ask a question I expect a answer, anything else is just bells & whistles that serve no purpose for the answer I was seeking.

Same for the answers I give, not everyone is going to agree but big deal, if the asker thinks my answer is the best those thumbs were pointless.

Some people give thumbs down to every answer but their own, hoping to influence the asker into selecting them as best answer. My favorite is when someone asks a trivia/fact question, like "who sings this song" and people give thumbs down to correct answers.

I've seen people do it in Cooking and Recipes! Now how do you get a thumbs down for a recipe?

thats happened to me. they gave me a thumbs down, and i just had to sit w/ my mouth open for a sec (lucky a bug didnt fly in). not only that, it was an opionion question! oh well. dont dish em out if you cant take em, right?

Maybe someone accidently hit that button, I'm not sure if there's anyway to retract that vote either.

It hurts when you get put back in your place.
