" Zoey's parents move to England for work and offer her a chance to go to school in London. In the end she goes because a confused Chase tells her to. In the end she goes and accidently hears Chase say he loves her over a webcam. But, he doesn't know she knows and then the movie ended.

And according to Wikipedia they filmed a 4th season but, are not going to air it.

zoey gets a chance to move to a new school called covington in london with her parents and dustin. she has asked all of her friends except one chase because she wants to talk to him in private, but word gets out and other classmates ask him details about her leaving and chase doesnt know what they are talking about. later zoey askes chase and he ignores her because she never asked him if she should go to london. then its moving day and chase isn't there (he doesn't want to see her leave) and then stacy moves with quinn and lola.then chases webcam somehow turns on and he admits that ever since the first day she was at PCA he has been in love with her. at the end she is in london with her parents but dustin stays at pca

her parents tell her she can move with them to lendon and go to a really good bording school. since chase didnt seem to care she dicided to go. chase was upset and didnt even tell her goodbye. he also trys to replace her with a girl that looks like her. then at the end he admits his love to her on the webcam not knowing it was on and it just ended.
