ok i will try to play call of duty 4 online then it will say downloading game settings then i will try to join a match and it cant find it and i gust talked to someone trying to get on today so i know someone i the playstation network was online today i need some help BAD

Hey dude im having the same problem. I was playing at 5 in the morning yesterday because im a deedeedee, and it was working fine! Found games in a flash.
I fired COD4 again today and it was slow. It wont let me join a match to.
However, i have heard COD4's servers are going through an update so hopefully everything will be better and running.

I had exactly the same problem and still do but now to fix I reset my wireless router and that seems to work so you can try that. Or contact activision or Infinity Ward or Sony.
