I'm curious to know why do relationships not last when a baby is involved?
I'm curious to know why relationships don't last when a baby is involved? I've seen it with family and even friends. I had a friend and she was pregnant with her boyfriend's baby, and they had problems before she got pregnant and even after she was pregnant. Just recently , they took a break and now they're working things out, but I'm not sure if it's gonna last because they keep having issues over the littlest things. A lot of the people I knew that this happened to, who had problems within they're relationship, got pregnant and had a baby out of wedlock. So, can anyone help me and answer why is it that most relationships don't last when a baby is involved out of wedlock?

sometimes if the relationship has always had problems then y shud they bring a baby into the world??? honesly ppl in relationships need to b 2getha for a long time and have to sort out all the problems that they will have...and if they r young then of course its not going to work because having a baby is sooo much work and A LOT OF MONEY and responsiblity.....a baby should be born with two ppl that r ready and committed to take on that responsibilty...look at Jamie Lynn Spears she's 16 and pregnant shes way to young to have a baby and her life is over...and look what happened to her sister...but to answer your question it is because they rn't ready !!!!!

Because the baby is just an extra responsibility, something to argue about. Who's turn it is to take care of it, who wasn't there when they were supposed to be, who needs to get up at 3a.m. to comfort the crying baby. Every relationship has problems, but babies just add extra stress and confliction. (No offense to the babies, it's not like it's their fault for being born)
