Well does it have a meaning, if I were to translate it phonetically (by how it sounds)

    Here are the options:

    Si A Ra

    Sia Ra

    Xi A Ra

    Xia Ra

But I searched your name Ciara and it is apparently a feminine form of an Irish word meaning Black so in Vietnamese something like:

Đen - common word for black, but not used as a name

[Deng with a long 'e' sound]

Hắc - Chinese derived meaning black (héi).

    [huck with a rising tone]

I can write in Vietnamese. However, Ciara is a Gaelic. It's a proper noun and has no meaning in Vietnamese.
