My new vista computer doesn`t recognise my Wireless adapter?????

I have tried EVERYTHING!!

Now, my next option is to delete the vista system and install the old laptop on my new computer. Is it possible and how can I do this. Please help!! I would be so grateful.

    The problem is, if the computer comes with Vista pre-installed, even reformat won't fully remove it. The best option you have is to try and install XP on a different partition, provided you have room....I assume you tried finding Vista drivers for your adapter?

    Welcome to the wonderful world of Vista and compatibility issues. Go to the manufacture website and look for updated drivers for that adapter.

    They may or may not have them.

    It may be a hidden SSID. What kind of router do u have?
