Has anybody heard anything bad about the Dodge Caliber?
I have a Dodge truck that I love, but I will deploy to Iraq and my wife needs a car (she likes to hit things with my truck). I was thinking about the Caliber because I was impressed with the workmanship on my truck, and the lifetime powertrain warranty looks good, but I want to know if anyone has heard anything bad about the car?

there's a lot of things that is going wrong with the calibers right now enough that i would stay away from one, their not as dependable as they should be,the warranty is good, and if you buy one you,ll probably be using it a lot, good luck.

And so a techniques as not with the flexibility to be fastened I even have never heard that one something may be fastened. I even have worked on many Intrepids that have very intense mileage on them and function not had any problems.Your husbands friends must be GM or Ford people or distant places automobile drivers.

I sold Dodge vehicles and im telling you the Caliber is the WORST vehicle dodge makes. I cannot stress enough to you how much of a PIECE it is! Its super super weak and it breaks down ALOT. Its a plastic toy car is what it is. If you dont believe me just test drive one. Its horrible. Look into the Dodge Nitros. Those are awesome!

I've heard its a good entry-level vehicle....affordable, good mileage..... I don't think you can go wrong, especially with the lifetime warranty. Not sure if it will stand up to hitting things as well as your truck though!!!
Good luck - with the vehicle and in Iraq....

1st off, thanks for your Service. Maybe it's time to take the wife to driver's school. If she can't seem to miss things with your truck, a new car would be a bad idea. See if you can find her a Neon or something smaller. She just can't see over your hood now.
