Few tips i can give:
- Try to make as many female friends as possible.
- Try to find groups with girls connections.
- Do not waste time hanging out in all guys groups.
- Put profiles Online: myspace hi5 etc.
- Join Church or religious groups, but again don't waste
time going to churches, where there are no good targets.
- When you come across potential candidates, do not
jump into letting them know your interest. Just try to meet
them as friends regularly.
- Work on multiple targets simultaneously. Do not be
mentally loyal to a girl who is not your gf yet.

start flirting so the girl u want starts thinking that you are a sweet and nice boy, so they might start liking you. flirting is a big thing
