One place in North End which would work is Pizzeria Regina -- old fashioned brick oven pizza but it's hard to find.

Other places -- I would say Cheescake Factory (Prudential Center), Border Cafe (Burlington and Harvard Square), Fire and Ice (Harvard Square, Downtown).

Other people made some good suggestions. I used to like to go to Jillian's when I was younger. It has 3 floors with billiards, bowling, video games and of course a great restaurant.
