Yes, Kobe does shoot a lot, but it's not like the situation in the Boston Celtics, where there's tons of options (Even Boston's PG, Rondo is a rather effective weapon nowadays)

Unless they get more options on the offense (watch out for Bynum), Kobe has to do the load of work.

Of course, he is actually trying to get his teammates involved, a slight boost on assists recently, but, they aren't that good, or as effective in the offense as him

Yes, the team has other players like Odom, Bynum and you can even make an argument for Walton for his passing abilities (I'm actually a Walton fan boy in Fantasy Basketball), not putting them down in anyway.

Okay, let's get Kobe's stat sheet straight in this season, he is averaging 26.7pts, 6.2 rebs (which is not bad at all) and 4.9 assists (which is actually, a couple of decimals lower than last season which was 5.4).

I'LL ADMIT THAT KOBE IS HAVING A BAD YEAR SO FAR BUT HE HAS HAD SOME INJURIES AND UNLIKE LEBRON HE HAS PLAYED THROUGH THEM.

45% IS PRETTY GOOD CONSIDERING THE RULE CHANGES, ALL THE ATTENTION HE GETS ON THE OFFENSIVE END OF THE FLOOR, AND HIS TEAMMATES. THE REASON WHY HIS TEAM HAS A HIGHER FG% IS BECAUSE THEY BENEFIT FROM ALL OF THE ATTENTION KOBE GETS. KOBE DOESNT BENFIT FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY DONT CREATE EASY BASKETS THE WAY HE CREATES FOR THEM.
