well there are many songs which may have a similar tune. like the one for "soni de nekhre" which seems similar to "golmaal's"

it may not be a copy of that french song you talk about but the tune may simply be similar to it.

if u remember there was this veryfemouse turkish song a couple of years back in 1999 by tarkan that had the kissing sound it was called "simirik" and was coppied in many indian and english versions. if u listen to the first line of it its exactly coppied in "jag sara jag sara ......."

pritam has coppied many of tarkans songs before aswell in dhoom2 and others so this cant be just a coincedant!
