    The link did not work for me either but I took a brief look at the Hyundai website. A nice website that is primarily composed of JavaScript. Not a hard website to build, but you will need an HTML editor to do it efficiently. The body of the page is a simple HTML table structure. Very easy to build with an editor. The heading is a simple JavaScript application menu and a static JPEG image in the top frame. All this is basic website building and pretty easy to do. I suggest you look into buying an HTML editor, learn how to use it, and then go on to see if you can get the design you want. Some HTML editors are free to try, like the link I offer below. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for and the more you spend on an editor program, the more features it will have and the easier it will be to work with when adding advanced features to the website.

    both yer links were dead, but you can make literally anything with CSS, provided you have a host. check out this site for a tutorial on HTML and CSS, and you can make your own everything.
