how can i down load from the net when my internet connection only stays on short time?

I am on wireless internet and the signal goes in and out

    you can use a download manager which includes resume feature like flashget its free and support peer2peer downloading its all-in-one download manager.

    use firefox browser it has a resume function.

    alternatively there are several "download managers" you can try.

    Google for them
