I am really not an expert or anything ... but I would say to use

the concept of E3 Playhouse (E3) and to possibly provide an entertainment, education, and restaurant venue in a popular area (ie: downtown Santa Cruz). The establishment will provide a live entertainment venue; a restaurant; community-based courses in music and the arts; a retail component offering arts-based retail merchandise; and venue rental services for the Santa Cruz area.

If you consider using E3 Playhouse in your start-up position, with a beginning date of January 2008, I am certain your boss will be quite impressed.

And don't forget to tell him that the purpose of this business plan is to estimate start-up and ongoing costs; identify revenue streams; and forecast net cash flow and profits.

The goalis also to produce a profit that incorporates a three-month build-out of the space. By utilizing this plan, you can anticipate a tidy profit for your company throughout the fiscal year.

Other than that, I really have no idea.
