not really - just excersice common sense about where you go and how you conduct yourself
if you're in la paz cycle down death road - brilliant experience and like everything in bolivia - dirt cheap

Dress very modestly unless you want to call attention to yourself. Depending on where you plan on traveling, Bolivians are generally poor and conservatively dressed, especially indigenous women. Leave the tube tops and belly rings at home. Make sure to use the ud. form in Spanish.

OK. Just enjoy your trip, don't show your cash, change your cash in Bolivians so you can easily buy or pay things, and most of all don't be afraid people there is kind and friendly, just enjoy it.
