Paphos would be the best choice, as it is the only resort alive all year round. As you are a big group, maybe you would like to rent a villa or a few appartments.
If you rent a couple of cars ( very cheap, unlimited millage ), you will have the opportunity to explore the whole Island.
Agia Napa is a well-known resort for young people, but Easter time is still too early - it is alive in summer months only.
