Has anyone ever had a prolapsed anus?
I did at age 24 (and no, I am not a homosexual), and had to have surgery. I am just curious as to how common this is.

My mother had it... along with a prolapsed vagina and her bladder was falling out too!! She had surgery 3 times and it is still not fixed so you are lucky that you got yours fixed!

I have a friend who's an older woman who did. The docs fixed it with surgery. Do you lift weights or heavy stuff alot? That could do it. There was a pic a long time ago of a weight lifter who's anus fell out . Look it up and check it out!

I've taken care of a few people who have had a prolapsed rectum. It's not real common, but it does happen.
