excel question?

Is it possible to sequentially organize a column in excel, I am trying to organize raw data listed in columns either by zip code or city name. What i'm looking for is how to have one column put all the like zip-codes in order so i can group easier. Is this even possible?

    Yup.

    Data >> Sort

Then choose which columns you want to sort by. Most likely whatever column has the area codes.
