Do you believe that you have reached a point of maturity where you can have a friend of any age?

It's probably more a function of one's maturity than age. I know women older than me who are way less mature that women 10 years younger than me.

When someone is so hung up on age that they can't appreciate what someone has to offer in knowing them, they have a lot to learn.

Yes. Some people never mature enough to where that's even possible, and I know plenty of prime examples. However, most people develop supreme social skills after a certain age.

Yep. When I was growing up, I mostly had old men for friends, as they were a part of my dads buisness. I learned a lot from them, both what to do, and (most importantly) what NOT to do. Nowdays I have friends of all ages in all walks of life, and I love 'em all. I'm not trading with anyone. Thanks!

I have. I've got a lot of friends of all ages and one of which I now call "Mummy Sue" because it's like a mother and daughter relationship.

I love talking to my older friends because they have so much more interesting things to talk about.
