Use an embed function linking to a video hosted somewhere online. It looks like:
<embed src="URLgoesHERE" autostart="false" />

If you want to embed a MySpace video, it's the same code they provide you on their site.

Worked for me ^.^
However, I would highly reccomend uploading to youtube or google video and using their client.
