Hang on a second here!!! Before you go disparaging California, remember we ARE the SEVENTH, 7th, LARGEST economy in the WORLD, yeah, the world, and where the hell would all the rest of the piddly states be without our tax dollars pouring in???!! And whether you like it or not, YOUR states take what ours experiments with in many laws and programs etc., that WE Californians pass. We do many things on a trial basis in the form of laws and textbooks and God, you name it......you guys follow suit.
OK, I live in Calif and I am a republican and the Governator is a flake and a RINO, but he gets the stuff done way better than that wimpy, insipid, Gray Davis....he plays the game, which is what politics is. In fact, I live about 10 blocks from the state capitol and it's pretty cool around here...
NOW, please provide a source for this, Boom, I would like to read it. Thank you...
You actually think this will happen? You know there are a bunch of kooks around here, but that don't mean squat..LOL
I don't have a thermostat.

I live in California and haven't heard of that (sounds like a rumor to me). As for those putting down us Californians, not all of us voted for the Terminator. I, for one, think he's a joke.

AND Aronold is trying to pass a budget that closes 48 state parks and releases 22K inmates from prisons. Thank God I don't live there anymore! I'm not in favor of most things they do in Cali.

well i bet it will save alot more energy. Prevent greenhouse gases that are destroying our ozone layer. I prefer my house to be way over 70 degrees as i get cold very easily (i'm shivering right now) but it may bring the bills down. I guess that's what jackets are for

Heck no,and legally they can't do that, its violating human rights..Californians should re-examine their law/public officials before they vote too..geesh!
