I really screwd up this time ! By Mistake I deleted all my music and videos from my recycle bin.?

I got smart and decided to clear out all the incomplete files in my Limewire share program but it seems when I did It deleted all my music and videos.I pulled up Windows media player and there were no videos and just a few songs. Also I copied about 150 cds in media player and they are gone as well. Guys I really need some help in solving this problem. I went through all the hoops with the Microsoft help thing and it's just not working for me or Im just not doing something right This music and videos are precious t me. All of my kids videos are lost as well. I really need some help recovering My files. Thanks for anyone help.I'm useing Windows Vista OS if this will be of any help.
