What do I do with an allergy to Soybean anything and wanting to eat Vegan?

I also am allergic to milk products, and do need protein, suggestions?

    hi and noitall are right in that the menu will need to be changed for you. avoidance is the best method of wellness at this point. treatment is a self stick accupen with antihistamines if you consume soy products. check for allergies to latex as well. it goes hand in hand with soy issues. go to the URL below for more on this as a start.

    combinations of vegetable sources of amino acids from legumes (beans, peas, garbanzos, etc) combined with grains are good. you still need some B vitamins that are primarily found in meat.

    read "Diet for a Small Planet" for more information. Sunset books also publishes "Vegetarian Cooking". I'm not even vegetarian but have found wonderful ideas and recipes in both of these books.
