i suppose practise in front of mirror first, but if there are any symptoms other than that ,like you being angry all the time and confused ,consult a psycologist!

firstly you should understand what you are explaining(concept ) and that do you really have to explain.the speed at which your speech is counts.try to speak slowly so you can hear what you are saying to avoid going in circles.if you realise that you repeat yourself hesitate breath and think for a second then communicate.please take my advice because you already feel horrible, this will help you.

1stly make sure u understand wat u want to explain

then sit down and explain it to yourself and the words u would use wen explaining to others b4 u approach anyone, make sure wart u say makes sense to yoslf & others, use simple English, not jargon

If pple still dont get it try finding som1 else who understands and is more eloquent to speak 4 you

If however u are in a jopb situation, u will have to work on yo own eloquence coz u will not find som1 to expalin things 4 u everytime, work on your communicatios skills, Lol

be confident abt wat u want to say..know the exact point u want to convey to the listener...u cud try speaking to the point instead of beating around the bush..
