Which Route?

I'm taking a trip. My last port in Germany is Hamburg. I need to visit Brussels, London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Dublin, and final port Hong Kong. Which route is the best and which mode best air/road for each port?

    Hamburg - Brussels .....fly

    Brussels - London.......fly

    London - Cambridge...road

    Cambridge - Birmingham....road

    Birmingham to Liverpool ....road then by seaferry to Dublin

    Dublin - London - HongKong ....fly
