Has anyone had a positive experience with Trima, breast reduction pill?

I really didn't want to go with surgery, so instead I tried using Trima and had no results at all. When after 2-1/2 months of nothing happening I tried to take advantage of their so-called money-back guarantee, I then found out I had to return the unused pills to CANADA! (I'm in California), and when I sent them back, they were stuck in Customs for a week and were late. Because they were late (because I had to ship them to frickin' Canada!) the Trima people wouldn't give me a refund and were actually rude to me on the phone when I spoke to them about it. (Not the usual experience for me at all.) I'm wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with this product or if this company is a TOTAL scam?

I have checked out the website, I think its the right product. It looks like they have a policy of 90 days... so if you didnt comply with the policy then they probably do have the rights to decline your refund, legally.

I would call again and see what kind of information you can get, maybe try to at least get a partial refund. You dont have any rights to file a BBB complaint, if you didnt get it back with accordance to their Guarantee Policy then they dont HAVE to give you a refund.

I have actually used Trima. About 3 years ago I used Trima and did lost almost a cup. They do have the scientific information to back everything up and were never a problem for me. In fact, when I ordered they were on backorder so they called me and refunded the shipping costs that I paid.

I havent gained the size back yet, but my breasts have gotten a little less firm. I did have to use the product for 5 months to obtain these results, but a cup loss was my desired result... so I was very pleased.

My Husband ordered some products from them too, and he was very happy as well. Every person is different, so it can take a while longer for others or may not work at all, which is probably why they have the guarantee policy.

I would do as said above and try to get at least a partial refund.

The pills don't work, its just a scam, and it will be a pain in the butt to get any sort of refund from them.

The BBB cannot help as much as some people think it will.

I never took them, but know people who have.

Call your CC company and file a dispute with them. You could get your refund that way.

I tried it. For months! I believe it's a scam. I didn't bother to return them. I am 4 months out from my surgery. And after waiting 15 years, within 5 minutes of regaining consciousness, I was asking "why the hell'd I wait so long?". You can't exercise them away and no pill will reduce them. If you've really done all you can do to get or keep your weight within a healthy range and they just aren't budging...surgery. Good luck.

File a claim with the BBB and your state attorney general's office. That will get them to budge. In both claims professionally indicate that they are refusing to honor their return policy.

Waste of money, it will not work. Save your money. Some day you might get reduction surgery but by then you might not care.
