  • Thinking about buying the Oral B Triumph 9400 Electric Toothbrush and looking for helpful input?

I currently have a Sonicare Elite Toothbrush and am considering upgrading to the Oral B Triumph Professional Care Line, primarily because of the whitening feature, which the Sonicare Elite doesn't have. Does anyone have any experience with the Oral B Triumph Professional Care electric toothbrushes? Does this whitening feature work? How does it work in regard to keeping your gums healthy? (I've found that the Sonicare is great for gums, but not so good for whitening....Sonicare makes a new model now with whitening which is basically 30 additional seconds of running time for the toothbrush after you clean your teeth for two minutes).

  • How much water should you use when cooking sprouted brown rice?

Normally I cook brown rice at a 1:2 ratio (1 part rice to 2 parts water). However, I'm sprouting some brown rice now, and saw that it's already absorbed a lot of the soak water. I know the 1:2 ratio will be too much water, but I can't find any specific instructions on the internet on how much water to use exactly.

  • How do you break up a dog fight?

I was at the dog park today with my beagle (almost all of the dogs there were off-leash). I was throwing the ball for her and she was bringing it back to me when another dog almost twice her size attacked her! Don't know why. Her owner and I both tried to break it up by grabbing the attacking dog's collar, but neither of us could grab it (they were moving too fast). Thank god a nice man who seemed to know what he was doing was able to step in and stop the fight. My beagle was yelping and I couldn't tell how badly she was being hurt during the fight. I was so shaken up, I didn't even think to ask for his advice at the time. She didn't have any bites on her. So what the hell are you supposed to do when a bigger dog attacks your dog? I would appreciate input! Serious answers only please. This is my dog that I love - don't waste my time with BS if you don't know what you're talking about here or if you're just online to F with people.

  • Men - (serious answers only please!) - which condoms are the best for you?

Don't be gross or graphic please, I just want to know what the best condoms are from the male perspective. Do some of them feel better than others or are they all pretty much the same? Are there brands that should be avoided? Your honest, helpful answers are appreciated!

  • How do you stop a dog from nipping when their space is invaded?

I have a beagle who's really sweet, but with one problem. I take her to work sometimes (I have a store). She was sleeping, and a woman came up to her and started petting her. My dog was startled and nipped her. This has happened a couple of times. What can I do? She's not a mean dog, and only does this when people wake her up and startle her. I can't always stop people from going up to her. I get that she's setting a boundary -- so how do I teach her to do it in a way that doesn't include her teeth?

  • Has anyone had a positive experience with Trima, breast reduction pill?

I really didn't want to go with surgery, so instead I tried using Trima and had no results at all. When after 2-1/2 months of nothing happening I tried to take advantage of their so-called money-back guarantee, I then found out I had to return the unused pills to CANADA! (I'm in California), and when I sent them back, they were stuck in Customs for a week and were late. Because they were late (because I had to ship them to frickin' Canada!) the Trima people wouldn't give me a refund and were actually rude to me on the phone when I spoke to them about it. (Not the usual experience for me at all.) I'm wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with this product or if this company is a TOTAL scam?
