I use Clairol Professional Premium Creme (Deep Conditioning Soy Complex) # 4N Light Neutral Brown It's awesome and covers the Grey completely!

Go with a color close to your natural hair color. Have it proffessionally done they can add some highlights and it will last longer than the cheap box dyes which actually strip the pigment from your hair causing you to go gray faster !!! in the long run it is worth the little extra you will pay to have it done. if there is a cosmetology / beauty school in your area you can get a great job for little cost.
