CREAM CHEESE SALSA DIP
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa, (mild, medium or hot)
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature or warm in microwave 2 minutes. Add salsa mix well serve with Nacho chips.

1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
9 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 c. powdered sugar
Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter together in microwave on high power for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Stir after 1 minute. Pour mixture over Rice Chex and mix until coated. Put powdered sugar in large paper bag and add cereal mix. Shake until coated. Place on cookie sheets to dry.

MIRCOWAVEABLE BERRY CRUMBLE
3 c. raspberries or blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream or ice cream
Spread berries in square microwaveable dish, 8"x8"x2". Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients except cream. Sprinkle over berries. Microwave uncovered on high, 100%, 7 to 10 minutes or until berries are hot and bubbly. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. 4 to 6 servings.

Ingredients:
3 slices bacon
2 tablespoons Mayo. or salad dressing
1 large tomato, sliced
3 slices rye bread, toasted
1/2 teaspoon Dried dill weed
3 slices swiss cheese
Directions:
Place bacon on microwave rack in glass dish. Cover loosely and microwave until crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes. Spread toast with mayonnaise; sprinkle with dill. Place toast slices on serving plate; top with tomato and cheese slices. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over top. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until cheese begins to melt, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
3/4 tablespoon salt
Directions:
Dilute the salt with the lemon juice; then, mix in the pumpkin seeds. Keep mixing together until all seeds are very wet and soaked. Place seeds in a glass bowl and put in the microwave on very high temperature for 4 minutes. Take out and stir them very well and place back in the microwave for another 2 minutes. Keep repeating for 2 minutes at a time, stirring in between until they are roasted (golden brown). Enjoy.

Gluten Free Chocolate Mint Brownies, Microwave Recipe
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter or canola oil
3/4 cup sifted rice flour
1/2 cup sifted cocoa
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Peppermint Icing
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon half-and-half cream
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
Glaze
2 tablespoons butter
1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips
Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt for one minute.
Add melted butter or canola oil. Stir well with a wooden spoon (not mixer) so that the sugar is well mixed with the butter or oil. Stir in the sifted flour, cocoa and walnuts Lightly spray or grease a glass 10 by 10 inch baking pan.
Microwave on High for 5- 6 minutes.
When done the top looks dry but will spring back.
In a 1000 watt microwave I recommend baking on medium high for 5- 6 minutes.
Icing Stir together icing ingredients and spread over cooled brownies.
Glaze Melt ingredients together in glass measuring cup in the microwave for about 1 minute on medium.
Drizzle over peppermint icing layer.
Chill and slice.
Makes about 25 squares.

1 package sweet chocolate, morsals
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
Microwave chocolate and milk on high for two minutes.
After one minute stir to keep from burning.
After the two minutes add the butter and whip really good till creamy.
Then add the salt, vanilla, and walnuts.
Mix well, then add to a 9x5 greased pan and refrigerate for two hours.
You can use wax paper if you prefer.
Then cut into bite size pieces and serve.
