Is it safe to use DMZ?
I already set my 360 to a static IP address and all that, and I even tried forwarding the appropriate ports, but all to no avail. It's still set to "Strict".
Is it safe to use DMZ? What are the dangers, if any, to using it for my 360?
And what are some other ways to fix this annoying crap?

I have a DMZ set up on my router and have not had any problems. The IT guy at my office (whose also a gamer) said that there shouldn't be any risk. According to him, there really isn't any way (or reason) to hack an Xbox.
I tried the port forwarding options, and they never worked as well as the DMZ. I've been running this way for at least a year with no issues.
