Tell me do you find that most of the well known players are in the top draw, Like Federer,Blake, Djovovic,Safi

I believe the top draw players have to play very well, who do you think will come out on top

I think Federer will come out on top. I'm not sure if you caught his first match, but it was good. If he continues to play like that, he'll do good things this Open. Of course, he's the easy choice, however, I'm a big James Blake fan, and I'm hoping he plays some good tennis.

I don't think Blake winning would be a big surprise, but I'm sure not many expect it.

Djokovic will play well, and I think will best Federer with-in 2-4 years, but not quite yet.

Blake is only known in the US and he is nothing more than an also ran. It doesn't matter how much a Pat McEnroe praises him, HE SUCKS. He has never won a slam or tennis masters series event. He has a horrible slam record and is no threat. Safin, Hewitt and Gonzalez are not going to do anything this year. In the top half who are the real contendors...Federer and Djokovic...that is it.

The bottom half has Nadal. There are also rans like Nalbandian, Roddick, Gasquet, Ferrer and Gonzalez but there are only 3 players with a chance of winning and they cant all be in the same half

I hate to say it, but Federer will probably win the Aussie Open once again. Just look at his first round match against Hartfield. Hartfield isn't a hard-courter but he is a pretty decent Argentinian grinder. Federer showed no signs of weakness and prowled over him, losing only 3 games in 3 sets. Blake really surprised me with his winners off both the forehand and backhand sides. He really went for alot of shots and stayed positive throughout his match against Massu, who has beaten him the last couple of times. Djokivic looked pretty solid the first two sets and finally had a struggle in the last set against Benjamin Becker, who is an up-and-coming and great player from Germany. Safin.... you never really know about him and it just depends on his mood. Gulbis is a really great hard court player and young as well and has great potential but Safin put him away in 3 sets and he also has Baghdadis in the 2nd round, so that might be an upset.. To sum it all up, Federer is looking too good. If he stays healthy throughout the tournament, he should win it without losing a set.
