A doctor's or geinecologist's Professional opinion please?

Me & my bf had been having sex for 3 days straight and he kept on rubbing and rubbing the bottom part of my vagina on the outside and close to the rectum raw, basically. & I was having anal sex as well.

Well now, the bottom part of my vagina on the outside where the lips are hurt and are swollen and red from the other part of my vagina. If i pee, the pee runs over where he rubbed it raw and it hurts.

I have felt 2 bumps starting where they are swollen but i shave too. So i think they could be pimpels, but not sure yet.

Since having anal sex, i feel more tiny bumps around my rectum, and it hurts when i have to do #2. So i dont push even though i want to, but cant. I have pushed and then i bleed a little.

I also have a yeast infection from getting it from my man. Have already used a douche.

I asked my mom, she said that i am swollen from having too much sex and he rubbed me raw, and the veins in my rectum are trying to be repaired.

Any professionals out there to answer please.

Update:

Also in between my inner thighs and V zone, if i push on both my inner thighs they hurt a little too. I did keep on putting my legs up for sex......if that is a possibility. My mom also says that since i have the swelling, my inner thighs and muscles and all that are connected in some way alltogether, so initially they would hurt.?.?.?

Another thing, i have been putting 'Triple Antibiotic Plus' where it is raw on the bottom of my V zone, and where my rectum is too. So it can help it. I have been cleaning myself down there in the shower with soap as well on those affected areas.

I'm not a professional, but I don't think bumps between your anus and vagina are from shaving; I don't think you can get a razor there very well. I would suspect herpes actually. If he had it, you could have contracted it, especially given the nature of your sexual activity. I'd recommend making an appointment with your gynecologist as soon as possible. Sex should never be painful, and they may be able to suggest something to help with that, as well as run some tests on the bumps.
