Check also the percentage, if yours has 67% and the other has 33%, you got it.

I've had a few questions that did that before. What happens is, sometimes after a question ends as a tiebreaker, if someone votes for your answer, it will take a minute before it registers, so it will still say tiebreaker, but shortly afterward it will switch over your answer as the best answer. As the first poster said if your 67% and someone else is 33%, you got it.
