At present Yahoo! Answers does not support a search for user feature however this suggestion is being looked into following comments from the community within the suggestion forum.

It is a shame you do not know this user's email address or I would suggest you email this person a link to your profile to which they can add you as a contact within yahoo! answers or vice versa.

You might consider a standard search of this user's screen name in http://www.yahoo.com/ and see if the user's profile can be found.

Go to Google, enter her username followed by "yahoo answers profile" (without the high marks) and she should pop up. When I did that with my own ID it worked right away - even though I'm registered with YC Germany and posted the question in English on German Google...

Maybe when you answer her next question, you can tag a little note along with your email address, expressing an interest in talking with her. You can't necessarily find things out like that without her knowing, since she intentionally didn't post personal info, but that doesn't mean that she won't give you a try. Good luck!
