Global warming on Earth has little or no effect on other planets in the solar system. There is no large planet close to enough to Earth to fall on it. If there had been, it would have been seen hundreds of years ago. Most of the story is due to a silly woman in the USA who claims she is in mental contact with aliens. She first claimed that a planet X or "Niburu" would cause a disaster on Earth in 2003 but it did not happen. So when the story came out that a calendar prepared by the old Mayan civilisation in central America came to an end in 2012, she said that it must be 2012 that this planet is going to fall. Some of her original followers have already decided she is a fake or is crazy. NASA and astronomers do not concern themselves with liars and crazy people.
