Effect of weight in a train car?

IF you are standing in a train car which is sitting on a scale, and you jumped in the air, would the train car still weigh the same? Why or Why not?

No. The weight would increase as you jumped and then fall. While you are airborne you are not supported by the car, so there is no force transmission.
