  • Heater only gets warm once car starts moving?

My car won t hear up when I start it in the AM. I live in Michigan and I go outside to warm up the truck, only to leave it for 20 minutes and when I return the air is still cold. Granted, as soon as I start driving, the car warms right up. Any suggestions?

  • Third Party CC Debt Buyers?

I have always thought of myself as a credit guru, but I was asked this question he other day and I do not know the answer, maybe you can help. Person's Debt was charged off from the CC account. CC company sold this debt to a third party. Third party said that they were going to sue this person if they do not settle. Apparently the debtor also proved that they currently hold the debt from the credit card company. The question is, how likely is the third party going to sue, are they abel to sue, even though there were zero agreements between them and the consumer, if they do sue, and win, and the person doesn't have the funds to cover, will it eliminate them from being able to negotiate a settlement, or will it hit them with the full amount owed and start garnishing their wages?

  • Router Password Question?

I have a work laptop and two tablets hooked up to my router. They automatically hook up to my router when I turn them on, has the password saved. My wife just received a new work computer and we need to get the password to link it to my network. I used to be able to go on my original laptop and get the password, but that computer is now unavailable. I guess I could reset the password on the router, if I new how, but it would be easier if someone could tell me how to get to the password off from either my IPAD or my HP Tablet.

  • How do drug users get HIV?

I was talking to a family who was telling me about how they have a girl in their daycare with HIV. I asked them if they were worried their child might inadvertaintly get infected by the child in question. They explained to me that HIV dies on contact with Oxygen, so it is a non issue. My question then is, how can intervenious drug users get aids from each other if this is the case? It must not be from the blood on the outside of the needle, but maybe their is blood inside the needle that did not come in contact with oxygen, is this possible?

  • Cold weather effect on computer?

My computer is in my sun room here and Michigan and has performed marvelously, throughout the summer. Now winter is nearing and the temperature in the sun room is getting pretty cold. Although my computer is in the room and cannot be snowed on or susceptible to wind getting on it, can the cold affect its performance? I think the temperature will get sub 30's.

  • Is love categorized by the ring?

I have been dating a girl now for two years and we currently have a beautiful daughter. She is putting the heat on for me to purchase her an engagement ring. She wants no ordinary ring, which I could afford, but wants a Tiffany's ring, costing 10K with no payment plans. I have known her for ten years and she has champaign tastes, but it is not practical. How can I appease her by showing I love her enough to marry her, yet without burying myself in debt?

Make no mistake, I love her enough to marry her, I just don't want her to not be satisfied.

P.S. She is in a job position where all of the chics compare rings to show value of love

  • Upside down in my mortgage, want out!?

Refinanced the house a year ago, appraised value was 319K. Took out a 5/1 I/O Arm at 5.75% and now the home is only worth 210K, (florida market coming off from hyperinflation). I now need to move into a larger home due to our family getting larger. My credit is strong, and have never missed a payment.

Realtors talk about short sales, not applicable to me since I only have one loan. Bankruptcy is not an option, I make to much money, no-one wants to trade up for an overpriced condo. Thought about seller held second side deal and use the funds to offset the hit on the condo. Any suggestions?
