Boxers Heat Cycle?
My 2 1/2 yr old AKC/OFA certified female boxer came into heat last December and had a beatiful litter of puppies in March. Since then she has not come into heat. Do you think there may be something wrong with her? What issues could there be? I would like to breed her again. She has been vet approved to be bred as she has all of her certifications and is a compliment to the breed standard.

Well, if she had pups in March, she was bred in January, and if she's 2 1/2 now, that means she was bred at 1 1/2. Most OFA certifications are only deemed preliminary before two years of age, so you'd need to get her re XRayed anyway... plus her CERF has to be redone every year.
When you say all of her certifications, here is what the American Boxer Club requires of every breeding animal for health certifications:
Hip Dysplasia - XRAy minimum 2 years old
Hypothyroidism - blood panel - minimum 2 years old, redone annually
Aortic Valve Disease - Doppler1/Auscultation
AS / SAS - Auscultation & Doppler Echocardiogram - minimum 2 years old
Boxer Cardiomyopathy1 - Holter Monitor - annually
By saying she is a compliment to the breed standard, that means she is a Champion?
If she has not come into season in a year, I would seriously consider a thyroid issue, as it appears by the Boxer Club health requirements that it is a problem in the breed. One of the symptoms of a thyroid disfunction is low fertility and virility.
If it's been awhile since you had her thyroid TgAA, T4AA and cTSH done, I would have it updated.

The litter may have taken more out of her than you thought, so she may take longer, or she may be having silent heat cycles that you may not have noticed. I would give it some more time and if she doesn't come in you will need to consult a vet about fertility issues.

Wow... your timing is wayyyyy off. A 3 month pregnancy for a dog.. I don't think so.
And you bred her at 18 months? OFA doesn't certify until minimum age 24 months.... what rating did she get?
So.. which other certifications does she have?
You need to have a long talk with your mentor.
