Can my homeowners association prevent me from keeping my grill on my deck where it's been for the past 8 years

Update:

I haven't been getting away with anything. There's never been anything written preventing us from doing it. They just decided to add it without a vote or anything. So can they do that? What if I don't abide? They fine me. What if I don't pay the fine? What can they do to me?

It doesn't matter how long you got away with it, If it is against the condo rules and by-laws then you are screwed

One of the many reasons that I hate neighborhood associations. Get out. Get out while you still can!

Yes, if it's against the HA covenant.

You signed the agreement, you have to follow the rules.
