i cant answer it with just one but 1st Emin3m 2nd Nas 3rd Jay-Z 4th Kanye West (graduation was soooo good) 5th Lupe (his latest is really good also)

^ they are trying to keep hip-hop alive, others are killing it =p

Well, by most popular hits I think it would be -sadly- either Lil Wayne or Eminem

But I think the best rapper of the century is by far Jay Z.

His raps/songs are amazing.

MF doom..He's got about 6-7 A albums..
