best bad breath treatments can be sought after your bad breath cause has been determined. it is best to seek the help of a dental expert in trying to find the underlying cause of bad breath.

also, paying close attention to good oral hygiene habits can be of great help in keeping bad bacteria at bay. be able to make sure that you brush and floss teeth properly after meals. and it is best that you keep the mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water for this can control bad bacteria that dwells in the mouth.

a good alternative to bad breath treatments that can be a good compliment for oral hygiene is the use of an all natural oral care product. for more tips on how to beat bad breath visit http://www.oramd.com/

    1. Gum (sugarless) is actually good for gums because it promotes saliva which helps prevent bacterial activity.

    2. Do you floss. Although you brush there are the areas between your teeth that a brush cannot reach.

    3. A good antibacterial mouthwash (like savacol) will also help with halitosis (bad breath).

    4. Do you have any cavities which could be causing the smell. It is recommended that you have a checkup 2 times a year, but even once a year is better than nothing.
