There's a lot of really good rackets out there. You need to talk to a pro who knows your playing style, if you want one that is right for you.

Personally, I'm a fan of the Babolat Pure Drive series.

No because you only need a few rackets of the same type so if you break a string you don't have to worry about using a different racket that you aren't as comfortable with. so if you have a nice racket. have at least 1 or 2 extra just in case! Hope this helps!

First of all, do yourself a favor and don't listen to anybody who tells you what brand is best or that a specific racquet is best. It probably just means that either they use it or there's a popular professional player who uses it. In reality, the "best" racquet changes from person to person. That's why racquet companies make so many different racquets to begin with.

I will give you some general guidelines that you can use to figure out what kind of racquet you want.

    1. Heavy or light? Light racquets (below 10 oz) are good for beginners and intermediates who need extra help with power. Heavier racquets (above 11 oz) have lots of control, but rely on the user to create power by using a full swing. The midweights are (surprise) for people somewhere in between on the power scale.

    2. Oversize or midplus? Oversize racquets also will have more power. They are also more forgiving on off-center shots. Smaller head sizes add to the control. They do require a more consistent stroke to still find the sweet spot.

    3. Head heavy or head light? Head heavy racquets are good for powerful baseline players. Head light racquets are much better at the net, and are easier to create spin with.

So, use these guidelines to get a general idea of what you want. Then, find a place to demo some that fit the bill. And I would also suggest trying a few that are a little lighter or heavier than you think that you want. You might like it. It all comes down to what feels the best to you.

The best racket is different for everyone. It depends on your playing style. Since you're a Prince fan you may want to try this Prince Racquet Selector:

After you get a few suggestions, find somewhere you can demo these rackets (lile a tennis club, country club, some sporting goods stores, etc). Good Luck.

Babolat rackets are quite good, and popular

The prince speedport is good for adding spin to the tennis ball, so if you like adding topsin and slice you should go for that.

But if you are a power player i'd say go with the babolat rackets.

First you must understand that RACKET is something that John McEnroe used to make when a line call went against him. The implement he used to play tennis is a RACQUET!

    Try Yonex.
