Best place to eat in Birmingham AL?

I love the Macaroni Grill and Changs on 280. There is a good Mexican place right there too. They are all at the Summit.

Then there is a Thai place that is awesome in the 5 points area. Try the Angel Wings!

Gosh, I miss living up that way! Lots of good places to eat.

If you go to Tuscaloosa, try Depalma's downtown. It is a small cozy Italian place that is great. Also, just an hour from B'ham in Tuscaloosa is The Cypress Inn on the river. They have excellent food with a nice view.

Then there is the Bright Star in Bessemer. It is a neat little place to try as well.

RE: Where to Eat Near BJCC in Birmingham, AL? We are planning to go to Birmingham, AL to the BJCC for the Christmas Holiday Market on Saturday, 11/08/08 and are looking for a place to eat. We like ethnic foods, something other than usual chain restaurant. I've hear 5 Points area is good, but I am not too familiar.

You can't go wrong with a smaller place that has people lined up to get in. Stay away from the chain eateries.

Stix has great food it is in Hoover by the Galleria

you should check out brio tuscan grill in brookwood village. great italian.
