some people completely baffle me.......?

Question

while at work today, i was up at the register and one of my co-workers was ringing up a customer. the customer paid with a gift card and the cashier went to hand it back to her and told her that the balance had .10 cents left on it......the customer looked at her and said " i can't use that, there's nothing here that's ten cents." she was completely serious!! after she left i completely lost it laughing....i couldn't believe she was actually serious! so has anyone completely baffled you lately by something they've done or said???

Yeah, many people baffle me. I work at Guitar Center and people come in there to buy instruments not toys. Now when a customer comes in with a completely destroyed First Act guitar and expects us to repair it I feel like killing Walmart. Then they ask us why it does not sound like other guitars, or how about the moron who stuffed a 3,000.00$ guitar down his pants then asked why we tackled him when he tried to leave...people!

Yes, all the time. I work in Yosemite and have had to stop somebody from trying to put little Junior on the back of a deer so they could get a picture. On another occasion, one of my co-workers had to stop some of his passengers from going to "Pet the Kitty" when they saw a mountain lion resting next to the road. These people actually got off his tram when they saw this. Another time a lady asked why airplanes are allowed to put those white streaks (con trails) in the sky over a national park. Or, when do the deer turn to Elk. When the waterfalls dryed up for the season, somebody asked why we don't just add more water. Then one of my favorites was when I was asked by a passenger if the park has tree trimmers come in to trim the trees. (All the trees)

Yeah a 45 year old woman at my job told me that she loves playing World of Warcraft.  She said that she has like this team online and they meet up in person.  They spend time at eachothers homes in Japan, Canada and the U.S.  She stays up til 3 a.m. playing the game. 

Did I mention she 45 years old and married w/ kids?

She gave it back because it's retarded when stores will actually give you back a card with .10 on it instead of just giving them a damn dime.  It's annoying.
