I have a 1986 trooper that runs rough and it will not pass emissons?

    I have a 2000 Accura that runs smooth and passes inspection.

    First clean the EGR Valve thats most of it..its two bolts.Spend some time yourself cleaning it as well as you can.Sparkplug wires always help the emmisions test its the main reason to any motor why they run rough you'll notice the power restored.

    it runs rough you possibly has a clogged catalytic converter and if it is clogged you will not pass emissions

    do a good tune up and check your catalytic
