Winner! You are rewarded for outstanding service in your job. It's an honor to be named Employee of the Month. Some companies drop the names of Employee of The Month through out the year into a box. Shake the box, then draw a name and that Employee wins a really neat prize. I have a relative who was named Employee of the Month twice in one year. His name was drawn from the box. His Prize was a Large Screen HDTV.

no.. i think it's definitely a winner.. people that make you feel like you're a loser are probably jealous and don't want to admit it. they don't want to go that extra mile for an award... even if it is a small one.

In a mine we had that for the best inavation idea submitted for improvement. Got $200 and then had put a couple of cartons on the bar, it was OK for everyone. I got once and was runner up ($50) twice. My idea was a safety issue, got ribbed but who cares for $200, next month everyone did what I had suggested

    kinda

a winner cos your obviously the best at your job that month

loser- cos you obviously got the award by working overtime and weekends all the time which shows you have no social life

hmm, I think it is for being a winner, but while winning your a loser for being a winner

Depends on the reason behind the award.
