80% ( 70% ) + 20% ( x ) = 80% <~> 80% ( 70% ) + 20% ( x ) = 89%
0.56 + 0.2( x ) = 0.8 <~> 0.56 + 0.2( x ) = 0.89
0.2x = 0.24 <~> 0.2x = 0.33
x = 1.20 <~> x = 1.65
