take your bird to a pet shop and they'll be able to tell you everything you need to know. they might even be able to trim the wings evenly for you and tell you whether it's female or not.

it should not matter they will grow eventually

when shes 14 months old usually on late summer
or early spring you need to start feeding a
breeding formula 3 months b4 your keet start

well, it shouldnt matter. its around molting season and the feathers on the wings will eventually fall our before they gorw.
also they grow to a certain limit, then they fall out so dont worry..

they will eventually grow even. however , the lopsided wings will cause her to fly crooked and she is at higher risk for injury. i would give it a few months before i would let her fly.
