If she was diagnosed Arthritic why did your Vet not tell you the dosage? Human meds for dogs are tricky.... I personaly would talk to my VET. You will get more confused as each person is going to have a different answer or dosage.

I dont give my dogs any meds till I talk to a Vet.

Probably you need to call the vet to ask the dosage. My vet recommended 1/2 of a non-coated asprin for my 15lb. dog. If your vet diagnosed your dog as having arthritis there's a good chance he would also have recommended giving her a glucosamine/condroitin/msn supplement.

The only correct dosage is the one your dogs vet tells you to give, not what anyone on the internet prescribes.

none. Dont give your dog any medication without consulting your vet. You should be able to get a pain medication or anti-inflamitory at your vet that is made for dogs. Some human pain meds are toxic to dogs, even in small doses. Never give something unless your vet directs you to.

None unless you vet instructs you to do so. When your vet does, he/she will give you the correct dosage. Giving medication without the vet telling you to can be very dangerous.

Aspirin can cause gastrointestinal upsets and ulcers if the GI signs are ignored. It can cause renal failure if overdosed. It causes an increase in clotting time. I would ask my vet before giving that to my dog.

Um.. if your vet told you to give her aspirin, then call the vet and ask how much. If not, don't give your dog aspirin.
