why wouldnt it. I have p90x and i have to tell you, that program will beat you down like never before. It makes p90 feel like you are sitting down eatting potato chips and watching TV compared to P90X. I kid you not! I consider myself in decent shape and getting through just one of those workouts is soooo hard.
